We are committed to helping build a sustainable society by reducing our environmental impacts, and delivering sustainable solutions for our customers and communities. 

The process of delivering a parcel emits carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which is shown  to harm our environment. To ensure our parcel delivery is carbon neutral, Australia Post measures how much carbon is generated when they process, ship and deliver our parcels using trains, planes and trucks. This calculation is verified as part of the Federal Government’s Climate Active program. 

 

To balance the emissions footprint, Australia Post then purchase carbon offset credits that match the calculated emissions for all deliveries, to neutralise the carbon produced. 

By sending our parcels with Australia Post, we are supporting the carbon-offset project that has many positive impacts on our society and planet.

 

 

 

We ship your orders using 100% biodegradable and compostable satchels. They are made from Ecopond C200 resin - a synthetic biodegradable bioplastic blended with plant-starch (Certification number ABAM 20013). They are plastic-free, durable, tear-proof and waterproof. 

For orders that aren’t shipped in satchels, we also offer padded Jiffy bags that are made from 100% recycled newspaper, and cardboard CD/vinyl mailers and boxes that can be reused and recycled. 

We are committed to using sustainable materials in our packaging wherever possible. 

It is our mission to always dispose of our old stock thoughtfully. Any left-over merchandise that we have, we will up-cycle to reduce waste in landfill and increase the lifestyle of all textiles. As well as up-cycling, we donate our left-over stock to various youth focused charities.
